Deborah Julian is the Billing & Compliance Representative at FSTR. She also Manages a Health Information Management and Outpatient Utilization Review Department at Ellenville Regional Hospital. 

She has been in the healthcare industry for 17 years specializing in Revenue Cycle Management, Billing and coding, and Utilization Review.

She currently holds two certifications: a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the AAPC, and a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) through HFMA.

She is integral to the day to day operations to both enhance the patient experience, while improving financial performance.
